I have completely reinstalled Chrome and the Chrono manager and this problem still persists. It was working fine for a short period of time, but I didn't do anything to enable it. Currently, downloads just happen, then end up in the right place but there's no progress window during the download nor is there an option to launch or open the downloaded file.
Maybe producing the setting where this can be turned on/off would be helpful.
Could this be related to a recent update of Windows? In recent weeks the download notifications have been using the Windows Notification Center which causes a different progress window and a different "Open File" and "Open Folder" notification. Because of this I get a second prompt in Chrono DM to open a file I've already stated I want to open.
I can control the use of Windows Notification center but turning it off does not re-enable the Chrono DM version of the progress and file/folder open notifications.
