Summary0001650: One-Click Download doesn't respect network rules
DescriptionWhen using One-Click download option it then ignores the rules stated under network for the number of downloads per server. This issue is definitely a major issue as on many servers downloading more than the rule can get you banned!
Steps To ReproduceMy current setup is 8 concurrent downloads @ 2 per server. Just turn on One-Click and click a bunch of downloads on 1 site and it will download everything you clicked on immediately without just putting the others in queue.
Additional InformationAlso using Chrono 0.9.3. you only have .9.1, .9.2, and .9.0 in your selection box for turning in reports on which version your using

The same behavior occurs in version 0.13.9.
When using One-Click Download, the number of downloads per server is ignored. However, the number of concurrent downloads is applied.
So, as a compromise solution at present, I have configured the settings to reduce the number of concurrent downloads to the number of downloads per server.

I am using Japanese UI, the terminology may differ from the actual UI.
