Summary0001836: Automatic cleanup: don't trigger a cleanup task if list is empty (also don't show 60-second message)
DescriptionI always keep my download list empty, so every time I finish a download (or several consecutive downloads), I used to jump to download page and clear the list (when I was using Chrome's builtin page, I simply typed Alt+C), but with Chrono I've found the automatic cleanup feature and it saves me some time. But I don't download files so frequently, so there are several times the cleanup task is triggered (or at least there's an informational message saying it'll be triggered in 60 seconds) without need. It would be great if the message were shown only when there's at least one item in the download list to be cleared, and the cleanup task triggered under the same condition.
