DescriptionTransfer manager no longer popping up.
Steps To ReproduceLeft click on extension icon on Chrome browser. Then click on "OPEN MANAGER" on the bottom of the small popup under extension icon, but nothing happens. Even right click on extension icon then select "OPEN MANAGER" nothing happens.

Tried re-installing. Now I'm able to open the Manager popup again. But how long till the problem comes back?

I see the same problem. And I worked around the problem by disabling, then reenabling the extension. I can now use this Extension again, without having to reinstall it.

I investigated the problem, and found a line in the Console - the Service Worker debug - and it showed some error about "cannot connect" and "still opening".

I also disabled Pop Up In Own Window in my settings.
