Summary	0001866: Cannot open file by clicking item.
Description	Cannot open file by clicking the item in manager. Both dropdown menu and main menu. Can open directory by double clicking it. Can open file through notification menu.
Steps To Reproduce	Just click it.
Additional Information	OS: Linux Mint 19

( Windows 10 x64 1903 + Chrome 75 + Chrono 0.10.0 ) IN THE DROP-DOWN MENU: 01. Single-click WORKS ONLY ONCE for the first time 02. Go to another tab in the SAME chrome window 03. Single-click WORKS again, but works again ONLY ONCE Note: The New Tab (CTRL-T) function does not work in step 02 IN THE MANAGER: 01. Open manager by cling the bottom of drop down menu (do not use CTRL-J here) 02. Single-click WORKS ONLY ONCE for the first time 03. Go to another tab in the SAME chrome window 04. Go back to manager window 05. Single-click WORKS again, but works again ONLY ONCE Note: If you open manager with CTRL-J in step 01, then step 02 will not work. But after performing steps 03-04, it will be OK.
