| Summary | 0000041: http port in URL interpreted as 'invalid URL' | ||||
| Description | I get the message 'Cannot scan resources for this page' when I click on the Chrono extension icon on a web page served from a mobile device on a non-standard port, e.g. http://10.11.1.134:8081/. If I right-click on an individual link and select 'Chrono Download Manager' -> 'Download this Link...' a correctly populated dialog box appears. Clicking 'Start!' or 'Add Paused' only produces an error message above the buttons that says 'Invalid URL(s).' in red text I can download the same files individually by the 'one-click' method without issues. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Install one of the multitude of 'Video Downloader' apps that provide a built-in web server for offloading your downloads from your iOS device. In my case, this one: https://mixrank.com/appstore/apps/789630993 Download a few files from random places on the internet. Turn on the built-in HTTP server, so that you can download the files from the iOS device to your PC. Go to the URL it gives you on the HTTP server page, e.g. http://192.168.1.123:8081 Attempt to use Chrono to download the URLs listed. Observe the behavior listed in the description field of this bug. | ||||
