Summary | 0000042: Download speed dips until I refresh a page
Description | While downloading a file, the speed tends to dip, often down to 0. This might be beyond your control, but what's weird is that if I open another tab in Chrome and, for example, go to google.com, then the speed suddenly shoots back up, typically to about 40Kbps. Then it gradually dips again. If I refresh the page, it shoots back up. Every time. Isn't there a way for Chrono to keep the download speed stable? Seems to me like the connectivity is there to go faster, but for some reason Chrono's download speed dips.
