Currently Chrono adopts Chrome's i18n technique to do localization, so it's impossible to use a UI language other than what's set in the browser.

Will add a quick button for changing browser's language in Options page.

I want to write that extensions like Tampermonkey or Checker Plus for Gmail have option to change the language of their extensions without needing to change the language of Chrome and I was thinking about that option instead of a button to change the Chrome's language ;)
